Is there a use of cords anymore? Now MIT came out with a new way to spread energy to our appliances...Wireless. Can you imagine not having to plug in your phone or TV? Well now it is possible, wireless technology has been invented and will soon be released to the public.
A professor woke up for the third night in a row from his wife's cell phone beeping because it was running low on power. He thought to himself, "why couldn't the walls just use all the electricity inside themselves and power the phone?"

I would like to point out that this technology is not necessarily new. Nikola Tesla was able to wirelessly transmit electricity for miles. Although, since he kept half of his notes in his head, when he died, so did his secret.
